They ALL have counters in the airport, but most of them have offsite pickup, with shuttle buses. I get the best deal at Alamo or National.
We get the best deal through Thrifty. Shuttle bus is right outside baggage claim.
Since you have to reserve anyway, check the prices for your dates and type of car. They all have the same facilities there.
