Las Vegas Vacation Rentals – I am planning a vacation with my gf to Vegas and we would like to do other things other than gambling or the local “lights”. We don’t want to travel too far but we will have a rental car. Were pretty much game for anything except sports. Shopping, crafts, museums, food are definately what were thinking of. Of course who knows who has a unique idea of what to do other than you of course. What happens in vegas stays in vegas – right (not in a ***** way either – freaks). Las Vegas NV Rentals – Inexpensive Getaway in Las Vegas for Young Couple?

Las Vegas NV Rentals – My husband managed somehow to get next week off of work. We have a 2 1/2 year old, and another one on the way. We are hoping to have our first romantic get-away since before our son was born since we have the chance; however, we (like most 1 working parent homes) don’t have an abundance of money.

We’ve never been to Vegas, but always wanted to go. We don’t need anything fancy, just a clean comfy place to lay our heads for a couple days, that’s close enough to the fun (and the airport – we’re flying from California) to not need a rental car.

Any suggestions from you las vegas nv rentals guys, would be gratefully appreciated — it’s been years since we’ve been alone together, and we’re kind of clueless about what to do.

Las Vegas House Rentals – Need Advice Re: Las Vegas Rental Co Mistakenly Files Eviction on My Record: Now States Nothing They Can Do?R

Las Vegas House Rentals – I was renting a home is Las Vegas where i was late one month paying the rent. I received an eviction notice from the company and I paid the past due rent and current month’s rent in full. I continued to reside at the residence for an additional 4 months even past the lease being up. I received my deposit back in full with a smile. Now my rental apps are being denied because it shows eviction on record. I contacted rental co and they admit its their mistake but saying there is nothing they can do. What can be done to get this removed from my record? Who can be contacted ? Does legal action need to be filed? Advise me las vegas nv rentals.

Las Vegas Home Rentals – How Do I Legally Rehome An Animal I Don’t Want to Take Care Of?

Las Vegas Home Rentals – So my wonderful spouse found a dog on the street and brought it home today. It has tags from Las Vegas, NV. We call the animal shelter down there, they contact the owner. The owners were married, now one of the dog’s owners has died; and the other contacted owner doesn’t want it. What the heck do I do with this canine hot potato? I can send it to the pound; but have to pay mandatory “donation” of $60. If I turn it out, I think I could be prosecuted for animal neglect (I believe a felony). This is what happens when a stupid wife and stupid dog combine. For the record; rental contract says no dogs; and this is not the first time my place of living has been in jeopardy. I know how to separate from the wife; how do I separate from this dog without having to pay for it? Advice please las vegas nv rentals.

Las Vegas Home Rentals – The House I Rent is in Foreclosure and Being Auctioned Off?

Las Vegas Home Rentals -  My wife and I had been getting letters from a mortgage company that we always returned to sender because the owner no longer lives here (Las Vegas, NV). We had no idea what was going on until we came home one day and found a letter taped to the door that said the house was in foreclosure. We took the letter to the rental company and they said they would get to the bottom of it. We haven’t heard from the rental company since. Our lease expired on Oct 31st and since the rental company couldn’t locate the owner (I found her she lives in Illinois) of the house they put us on a month by month lease. We received a letter from the mortgage company a few days ago (I opened it even though it wasn’t addressed to me and yeah yeah yeah I knew it was wrong but I was really scared that I’m going to loose the house). I read the letter and it said the house has been foreclosed upon and it will be auctioned off on Dec 4th at 10am. I’m scared that I will be homeless in about 2 weeks. I lost my job about a month ago and my wife is still working. We don’t have the money to deal with this. What are my options? How did the rental company not know the house was in foreclosure? What recourse do I have with the rental company? What do i do las vegas nv rentals?

Las Vegas House Rentals – I Need Advice Regarding Restructuring a Mortgage While Filing Bankruptcy?

Las Vegas House Rentals -  I have a somewhat complicated situation and would appreciate some serious, educated advice: My husband and I live in Las Vegas, NV in a home that has significantly depreciated since we bought it 4 years ago. We paid $570,000, and it’s now appraised at approx. $270,000 due to our lovely economy! We still owe $460,000, and we have an interest only loan that is coming to the end of the 5 year arm in a couple of months, so our mortgage is going to increase significantly! My husband also has a rental home that is worth what he owes on it. (We were just married, and all debts, etc. are in his name only) My husband is in the process of being sued for over $400,000 due to medical equipment that he leased for a Dr. he employed that has skipped town. He must therefore file for BK to avoid paying $400,000 for equipment he cannot use. My husband believes that our only option is to let our home go to the bank (ASC) and move into the rental home, but, we do not want to leave our current home! What are our options? Will a BK court allow us to restructure our current mortgage for the amount the home is now appraised? We haven’t missed a payment, and the bank won’t allow us to refinance now. And we’re afraid that if we stop paying on our current mortgage in order to get the bank to work with us, let the rental home go back to the bank, and file BK, that no bank will allow us to refinance/restructure because our credit will be destroyed, and then we won’t have any home at all! Please help las vegas nv rentals! Thank you

Las Vegas House Rentals – Am I Going to be Kicked Out of My New Rental Home?

Las Vegas House Rentals – On 4-16-09, I signed a 1yr rental agreement to a townhouse in Las Vegas, NV. The property manager required $700 deposit, $750 1st month. The house was in move-in condition & he allowed my family & I to start taken our things over there before 5-1(day the lease begins.) During this time, I made arrangements to have the utilities/mail switched over. However, the Water Co. stated that there is a bill past due since 11-2007 & they will not switch service until paid. Also, we had to get a new mail lock due to the previous tenants taking it. I tried to contact the Prop.Mang., left multiple messages, no return call in 3 days. I called him from a private # & surprise, he answered. I asked him about the water/mail, he said that the water bill is due to the previous owner, Amer.Equity, not paying & that his Co., RS Investment, bought the home so he will have “a talk” w/the water co. Also, he said he will get around to fixing the mail box.

I was worried something is going on, so I did a search, the address on the lease for the rental co. is bogus, the County Assesor’s office shows, filing activity recent in the last 4 months. Here is what it says(most recent 1st)….

Am I about to be kicked out? I just gave this guy $1450? If anyone can help me, please!!!!
