If you have a round trip ticket to Las Vegas, you can rent from Alamo. They will only hold the amount of the rental and tax and insurance if you get it. You have to show them that you have a ticket home to use a debit card.
I kno that all the dollar desks have a signe saying Credit not debit card only I am afraid
